Yogurtland
I go to the redondo beach Yogurtland almost everyday. I have to say, Yogurtland is the best place to get frozen yogurt. Every now and then, they change flavors and that's the fun part! Couple weeks ago, they had the flavor Green Tea. I loved it! It was really authentic. It became my favorite flavor. Anyway, this week, they have a new flavor (that replaced Green Tea) called Lemonade Passion Fruit. It sounds weird, but it tastes soooooooooooo good! It's a combination of two types of citrus blasts in your mouth. Now, it's my favorite flavor. Couple of days ago, I saw that they had condensed milk as a sauce. I added some on the side and I tasted it. YUM!!! Please try!!!

Hors D'oeurve
Have you ever tried to make hors d'oeuves? They are fun to make and are delicious. I am going to tell you about a salmon roe hors d'oeuve:
1. Get a piece of white bread and put it on a cutting board.
2. Get a cookie cutter (any shape will do).
3. Use the cookie cutter to cut out pieces of bread.
4. Get some salmon roe and mayonnaise (or My Chef Shrimp Sandwich Pocket) out.
5. Drip 4 drops of mayo (1/2 of a spoon of the shrimp mixture) onto the bread.
6. Use a mother-of-pearl (or plastic, but NOT metal) spoon to scoop the roe onto the bread.
7. Enjoy!!!

Scallops on the Half Shell
Have you ever been to Trader Joe's? They have many frozen items, and I am about to tell you about one. It is called Scallops on the Half Shell. They come in packs of twelve. They are already cooked and all you have to do is bake them for 400 degrees for 10 minutes! It is just scallops with a delicious garlic parsley paste. I hope you enjoy them!

Welcome
Welcome to my food blog, which is my summer project. My mom gave this blog to me and I am loving it! I am a food loving girl, who wants to be a chef when she grows up. I am not like most girls, who think pate and caviar are gross. I eat things that most people don't eat. I am not afraid to eat anything!!! I will try to post everyday, with recipes, pictures, restaurant reviews, and more!
